Abengoa Yield PLC is incorporated December 17, 2013 in United Kingdom. The Company serves as a vehicle to Abengoa, S.A. which owns, manages and acquires renewable energy, conventional power and electric transmission lines, focused on North America (the United States and Mexico) and South America (Peru, Chile, Uruguay and Brazil), as well as Europe (Spain). In the future, we intend to expand this presence to selected countries in Africa and the Middle East. The parent company Abengoa, S.A. is an engineering and clean technology company. The Company is organized in three three business sectors namely Renewable Energy, Conventional Power and Electric Transmission.
