Aegean Marine Petroleum Network Inc is an international marine fuel logistics company that markets and physically supplies refined marine fuel and lubricants to vessels in port and at sea.

Aegean Marine Petroleum Network Inc., is a Marshall Islands holding company incorporated on June 6, 2005 under the BCA. On January 27, 2010, the Company completed its initial public offering. The Company is an international marine fuel logistics company that markets and physically supplies refined marine fuel and lubricants to vessels in port and at sea. As a physical supplier, it procures marine fuel from refineries, oil producers and other sources and resells and delivers these fuels from its bunkering vessels to a broad base of end users. With service centers in Greece, Gibraltar, the United Arab Emirates, Jamaica, Singapore, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Panama, Ghana, Canada, Trinidad and Tobago, Morocco, Spain and the Canary Islands, Cape Verde, Hong Kong the Antwerp-Rotterdam-Amsterdam, or ARA, region, and the U.S. East Coast, believes that they are an independent physical suppliers that owns and operates a fleet of bunkering vessels and conducts physical supply operations in multiple jurisdictions. The Company provides fueling services to virtually all types of ocean going and many types of coastal vessels, such as oil tankers, container ships, drybulk carriers, cruise ships, reefers, LNG/LPG carriers, car carriers and ferries. Its customers include a diverse group of ocean-going and coastal ship operators and marine fuel traders, brokers and other users. It provides its customers with a service that requires sophisticated logistical operations designed to meet their strict fuel quality and delivery scheduling needs. It has presence in 27 markets, including Vancouver, Montreal, Mexico, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, West Africa, Gibraltar, the United Kingdom, Northern Europe, Piraeus, Patras, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Morocco, the ARA region, Las Palmas, Tenerife, Cape Verde, Panama, Hong Kong, Barcelona, Algeciras and the ports in the U.S. East Coast. The Company has its service centers in Greece, Gibraltar, United Arab Emirates, Jamaica, Singapore, Northern Europe, United Kingdom, Vancouver, Trinidad and Tobago, Morocco, Las Palmas and Tenerife, Cape Verde, West Africa, Panama, Hong Kong, Barcelona, Algeciras, and U.S. East Coast. Its marketing, sales, ship-management and other related functions are performed at its main offices in Piraeus, Greece. It markets products and services to Canadian and Mexican markets from its offices in Vancouver and Montreal, Canada and to the ARA region from its office in Antwerp, Belgium. The Company competes with World Fuel Services Corporation, Chemoil Corporation, BP Marine, Shell, Marine Products, ExxonMobil Marine Fuel, CESPA (Gibraltar) Ltd. and Fujairah National Bunkering Co. LLC. The Company is subject to various international conventions, laws and regulations in force in the countries in which its fuel facilities are located, and where its vessels may operate or are registered.
