Concurrent Computer Corp was incorporated in Delaware in 1981 under the name Massachusetts Computer Company. The Company is a provider of software, hardware and professional services for the video market, the media industry, real-time market. The video solutions consist of software, hardware, and services for intelligently streaming video and collecting and analyzing media data. The video solutions and services are deployed by video service providers for distribution of video to consumers and collection of media data intelligence to manage their video business and operations. The real-time products consist of real-time Linux operating system versions, development tools and other system software combined with computer platforms and services. These products are sold to companies with high-performance, real-time computer solutions in the military, aerospace, financial and automotive markets internationally. The Company's products fall into two groups namely video solutions and real-time solutions. In addition it provides technical support for its products. The video platform includes the following software components Unified Video Delivery Solution, TV VOD Streaming, Dynamic Content Workflow CDN Assisted VOD and Unified Content Delivery Solution. The real-time products are RedHawk Linux, NightStar Tools, iHawk and ImaGen Servers and GPU Workbench. GPU.
