Enel Chile SA is an electricity utility company, which through its subsidiaries and affiliates is engaged in the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity businesses in Chile.

Enel Chile SA engages in the electricity generation and distribution businesses in Chile both directly and through subsidiaries, jointly controlled entities, and the surviving company spun from Endesa Chile. The majority of sales come from the distribution business while the remainder comes from the generation business. Sales are divided between both regulated and free clients. The generation business is composed of renewable, coal, combined cycle gas turbine, and oil and gas. The group generates all its revenue from operations located in Chile.
