Axon Enterprise Inc offers a network of devices, apps, and people that helps law enforcement become smarter and safer. Its products include the connected body cameras and evidence-management cloud, and TASER Smart Weapons.

Taser International Inc is incorporated in Delaware in September 1993. The Company is engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of conducted electrical weapons ("CEWs") designed for use by law enforcement, corrections, military forces, private security personnel and by private individuals for personal defense. The Company's operations are comprised of two reportable segments; the sale of CEWs, accessories and other products and services (the "TASER Weapons" segment); and the Axon segment. TASER Weapons segments research and development initiatives include bio-medical research and electrical, mechanical and software engineering. Axon business is focused on wearables, cloud and mobile products, including Axon video products, TASER Cam and Evidence.com (the "Axon" segment). The Company's products are sold directly to law enforcement agencies and through a network of distribution channels it has developed for selling and marketing products and services to law enforcement agencies. The Company manages its business on a geographic basis. The Company is subject to environmental laws and regulations, including restrictions on the presence of certain substances in electronic products.
