AerCap Holdings NV provides aircraft leasing & aviation finance services. Its activities also include aircraft asset management, corporate services, remarketing of aircraft, collecting rental, maintenance payments & monitoring aircraft maintenance.

AerCap Holdings is a global aviation company that specializes in leasing aircraft and engines to customers in Europe and Asia. AerCap participates in all stages of the aircraft and engine lifecycle including new and used purchases, maintenance services, and disassemblies. It has $5.2 billion of assets, and its portfolio of 314 aircraft and 76 engines serves 112 customers in 48 countries. AerCap had its IPO in November 2006, after it had acquired AeroTurbine in April 2006.
