Panasonic is a conglomerate that has diversified from its consumer electronics roots. It has four main business units: 1) appliances: air conditioners, refrigerators, laundry machines, and TVs; 2) eco solutions: LED lighting, housing systems, and solar panels; 3) AVC Networks: PCs, cameras, and in-flight entertainment systems; 4) auto and industrial systems: batteries, infotainment systems, and FA equipment. After the crisis in 2012, President Tsuga has focused on shifting its business portfolio to increase the proportion of B2B businesses.
