Singulus Technologies AG is an engineering company and develops and builds machines for production processes. Its product portfolio comprises vacuum thin-film and plasma coating, wet-chemical cleaning and thermal processing technology. The Company operates through three segments: Life Science, Solar, and Semiconductor.
