These three factors are used to calculate the value score for every eligible company, with values from 1 to 10. The final ranked companies are split in equal numbers and ranked from 1 to 10, with 10 as the most undervalued, and 1 as the most overvalued. The numbers of companies in each rank are the same.

Alico Inc is a Florida-based agribusiness and land management company that primarily focuses on citrus production and grove conservation.
