HomeFed Corp is a real estate development company. The company segmented its operating activities into three reportable segments, Real Estate, Farming, and Corporate. The Real Estate operations consist of a variety of residential and commercial land development projects and other unimproved lands, and retail and office operating properties. Real Estate also includes equity method investments in BRP Holding and BRP Hotel.
