Textura Corp was founded in 2004 and incorporated in Delaware in 2007. The Company provides on-demand business collaboration software solutions to the commercial construction industry. Its solutions are focused on facilitating collaboration between owners/developers, general contractors and subcontractors. The Company's solutions increases efficiency, enables better risk management, and provides improved visibility and control of construction activities for its clients. In addition, it offers PlanSwift, a take-off and estimating solution used in preparing construction bids, and Contractor Default Claims Management, which supports the process of documenting a subcontractor default insurance claim. Its revenue is derived mainly from fees driven by construction project activity, monthly fees and subscription fees. The Company directly engages with the client to sells its solutions. It offers solutions including Construction Payment Management (CPM), Pre-Qualification Management (PQM), GradeBeam.com, and Submittal Exchange.
