The Company's principal competitors include Fresenius Kabi, a division of Fresenius SE, Hospira, Inc., Pfizer Inc., Sandoz International GmbH, a division of Novartis AG, Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. and West-Ward Pharmaceutical Corp. The Company is subject to extensive regulation by governmental authorities in the U.S. and in other countries.
