Genvec Inc was incorporated under the laws of the state of Delaware on December 7, 1992.The Company is a biopharmaceutical company using differentiated, proprietary technologies to create superior therapeutics and vaccines. Its development programs address therapeutic areas such as hearing loss and balance disorders; as well as vaccines against infectious diseases including respiratory syncytial virus or RSV, herpes simplex virus or HSV, and malaria.
