Holders Technology PLC is a UK-based company that supplies specialty laminates and materials for printed circuit board manufacture and operates as a Lighting and Control Solutions provider. The group has four operating subsidiaries: PCB UK, PCB Germany, LCS UK and LCS Germany. Both PCB divisions have very similar products, processes, customers, distribution means and margins..
