The company has two operating segments including corporate sales and commissary operations. The corporate store sales segment, which is the key revenue driver, comprises sales to the public. The commissary operations segment comprises sales to sub-franchisees of food, services, fixtures, and equipment, and includes the receipt of royalty income from sub-franchisees.
