Pericom Semiconductor Corp was incorporated in California in June 1990. The Company designs, develops and markets integrated circuits (ICs) and frequency control products (FCPs) used for the transfer, routing, and timing of digital and analog signals within and between computer, networking, datacom and telecom systems.
