Baylake Corp is a Wisconsin corporation organized in 1976. Its primary activities consist of holding the stock of its wholly-owned subsidiary bank, Baylake Bank, the Bank and providing a wide range of banking and related business activities through the Bank and its other subsidiaries. The Bank is an independent community bank offering a full range of financial services primarily to small businesses and individuals located in its market area. It conducts its community banking business through 20 full-service financial centers located throughout Northeast Wisconsin, in Brown, Door, Kewaunee and Outagamie Counties. It serves the manufacturing and retail job segments in the Brown County market. Other principal industries in its market area include tourism/recreation, manufacturing, agriculture and food related products. It offers short-term and long-term loans on a secured and unsecured basis for business and personal purposes.
