Premiere Global Services Inc was incorporated in Florida in 1991 and reincorporated in Georgia in 1995. The Company provides cloud-based solutions that deliver multi-point, real-time virtual collaboration using video, voice, mobile, web streaming and file sharing technologies. Its solutions are available via desktops, tablets and mobile devices, helping businesses worldwide be more productive, mobile and environmentally responsible. The Company has a global presence in 25 countries on five continents and an established base of over 45,000 enterprise customers. In 2011, the Company began transitioning its business toward a software-as-a-service, or SaaS, model.
