Keppel Infrastructure Trust is a diversified business trust. The reportable segments of the company are, 1) Energy Transition segment includes the production and retailing of town gas and retailing of natural gas in Singapore, tolling arrangement for the power plant, leasing of gas pipelines, sale of electricity produced by wind turbines; 2) Environmental Services segment includes concessions in relation to the desalination plant, water treatment plant, recycling and waste-to-energy plants in Singapore and South Korea; 3) Distribution and Storage segment includes supply and distributing water treatment chemicals, industrial and specialty chemicals and storage of petroleum products; and 4) Corporate segment which includes investment holding, asset management and business development.
