Its operations are organized in two reporting segments: Ambassador Programs and Other, which provide educational travel services through multiple destinations within several travel program types and corporate overhead; and BookRags, which provides online research capabilities through book summaries, critical essays, online study guides, lesson plans, biographies, and references to encyclopedia articles. Its educational travel programs offer both domestic U.S. destinations as well as international travel destinations, including, but not limited to Europe, Australia, China, Japan, South Africa, India, Costa Rica, and Antarctica. This direct to consumer travel business consists of specialized private-label educational travel programs that seek to educate, inspire intellectual exchange, and develop the cultural and global intelligence of its participants.
