Great functionality. Can you add the PE column to this table? Thanks.

I agree. cant sort the way i want.
" Stocks That Have Been Sold ...." should read "Stocks That Have Bought..."
Of course if you can recommend GuruFocus to the media, it will be very helpful to its "long live", especially during this tough time.
1. I love it when CFOs or other savvy operators massively increase their holdings on the open market. Can we somehow download a list of those companies with the highest % change in insider buying in the last x months? My own personal interest would be to look at those companies where CFOs are using their own money to massively increase their holdings by 500% or more - a sure vote of confidence in the company's future prospects; when screening, it would be nice if your system could allow us to eliminate those stocks where insiders have been selling in the last x months.
2. I only like to buy stocks where savvy insiders, eg CFOs, are buying on the open market AND, most importantly, where ROE has improved recently. Is there some way you can adapt the system to screen for these criteria? Displaying a few fundabentals like "%change in ROE" in the excel download, together with the insider data, would be a great start.
3. The great Peter Lynch was fond of stocks where institutional ownership was very low - often below 1%. Stocks with increasing institutional ownership will always fare well, especially when insiders are buying as well. Is there some way you can adapt the system so we can select only those stocks where last reported institutional ownership was above or below x%? Data on institutional ownership is freely available eg. [moneycentral.msn.com]
I spend so much time doing the above manually. If you get this going, I will take great pleasure in recommending your site to interested journalists at Investors Business Daily and Barrons.
Long live Gurufocus! Keep up the great work.
Many thanks
Can you also let us know how you use the downloaded data, if possible? Maybe we can include some more info into the download which will reduce your work?
2. Is there a way we can download or list the following:
- Insider buys in x weeks as a percent of total number of listed shares.
- Insider buys by sector.
Hope you can help. I'm currently having to subscribe to other services for this information.

> we have insider buys but what about an insider
> sell tool?
I like to go by how Peter Lynch described insider selling, they can do it for many reasons, few of which are in reaction to the business model.
A lot of variables go with insider selling from locking in profits, to selling for personal reasons like paying down debt, a renovation, divorce, child expenses etc.
There's only one reason for insider buying, confidence in the company and it's direction.
By the way, why an overall picture of Insider sells are important?
