If the price of a stock is below tha Peter Lynch Value, does that mean it is Undervalued according to the Peter Lynch Method of Valuing Stocks ?

For example DTV's price is 49.67 and its Peter Lynch Value is 93 .

Does that mean it is Undervalued ?
