("NeutriSci" or the "Company") (TSX-V:NU, OTCQB:NRXCF, FRANKFURT:1N9) the innovator and pioneer behind neuenergy® is pleased to announce that it has elected to increase the size of the non-brokered private placement (the "Placement") originally announced on January 16, 2020. On January 24, 2020, the Company closed on the first tranche of the Placement, in which it raised proceeds of $655,000. Due to increased investor demand, the Company now intends to raise up to an additional $495,000 (the "Second Tranche") through the issuance of up to 9,900,000 units (the "Units") of the Company at a price of $0.05 per Unit.
