Era Group Announces Expiration of Hart-Scott-Rodino Waiting Period for Proposed Merger

HOUSTON, April 13, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In connection with the proposed merger (the “Merger”) involving Era Group Inc. (“Era”) and Bristow Group Inc. (“Bristow”), on February 6, 2020, Era and Bristow each filed a premerger notification and report form under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended (the “HSR Act”) with the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission. On March 11, 2020, Era re-filed its HSR premerger notification and report form. At 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time, on April 10, 2020, the waiting period with respect to the HSR Act expired.
