First American Financial Announces Shift of 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to Virtual Format

First+American+Financial+Corporation (NYSE: FAF), a leading global provider of title insurance, settlement services and risk solutions for real estate transactions, today announced that as a result of public health concerns arising out of the coronavirus pandemic, and to support the health and safety of our stockholders, employees and other stakeholders, First American’s 2020 annual meeting of stockholders has been changed to a virtual-only meeting format. Stockholders will not be able to attend the annual meeting in person. The date and time of the annual meeting remains Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at 1 p.m. PDT.
