MVL (Michael Lissauer, executive vice president and editor of BusinessWire newsletter): Business Wire is not the first acquisition you made based upon a letter (Forest River, for instance). How many such inquiries do you get on a weekly basis?
WB: I get relatively few inquiries such as I received from Forest River and Business Wire. That is because I list our very specific acquisition criteria in our annual report and ask people only to contact me when all criteria are met. If I didn't publish these, I would literally be inundated by thousands of inquiries a year. I still get a few proposals each week that come nowhere near meeting our criteria.
