I commented earlier that people who know almost nothing about Berkshire Hathaway are all commenting and writing articles about the supposed scandal regarding David Sokol, Warren Buffett and the purchase of Lubrizol. I have seen many articles by people who clearly did not research the matter at all. However, on Bloomberg TV, someone who actually has some authority on the issue weighed in. Mario Gabelli is a prominent figure in the value investing world, and a shareholder of Berkshire Hathaway. Mario Gabelli admitted he does not know the internal procedures in Berkshire Hathaway, but he stated that Berkshire is a huge company, and the company will have to do some explaining, but it will remain intact.
