Knoll Inc. (KNL)

Knoll Inc., a designer and manufacturer of branded office furniture products and textiles, serves clients worldwide. Knoll Inc. has a market cap of $928.2 million; its shares were traded at around $19.41 with a P/E ratio of 23.7 and P/S ratio of 1.1. May 5th the company increased its quarterly dividend 67% to $0.10 per share. The dividend is payable June 30, 2011 to all shareholders of record on June 15, 2011.
