HOUSTON, Feb. 19, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TC PipeLines, LP (NYSE: TCP) (the Partnership) today announced that independent proxy advisory firms Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) and Glass Lewis & Co. (Glass Lewis) have both now recommended that TCP’s unitholders vote “FOR” the approval of the merger agreement with TC Energy Corporation (TSX, NYSE: TRP) (TC Energy).
