Former Berkshire Investor Lou Simpson Is Buying Chesapeake Energy â€“ Chesapeake CEO Explains Why You Should Too

I’m long Chesapeake Energy (CHK, Financial). I think at current commodity prices it is a good investment. If natural gas ever rebounds to $6 I think it is a giant home run.

There are some other interesting buyers of Chesapeake.

As you know, for 30 years Simpson invested the portfolio for GEICO under the watchful eye of Warren Buffett. In fact Simpson is the only man that until recently Buffett entrusted to invest Berkshire’s cash (other than himself).
