(NYSE: ATHN) (“ATHN”), a publicly-traded special purpose acquisition company, announced today that ATHN’s definitive proxy statement (“Proxy Statement”) relating to the previously announced business combination with Heliogen, Inc. (“Heliogen”), a leading provider of AI-enabled concentrated solar power, has been filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on December 2, 2021.
