WSP Announces New Global Strategy and Ambitious Long-Term Vision

Long-term vision sets an ambitious destination for WSP to become the undisputed leader in its industry with aspirations to double in size.
WSP will further evolve the organization through its three driving forces of change, namely ESG, Innovation and Technology.
WSP’s 2022-2024 Global Strategic Action Plan aims to:
- Put the ingenuity of WSP’s people forward to accelerate the world’s green transition.
- Further diversify WSP’s platform by scaling its capabilities in core sectors and geographies, while continuing to develop other sectors and services with significant growth opportunities, through its disciplined acquisition and organic growth strategy.
- Deliver growth in net revenues in excess of 30%, adjusted EBITDA ⁽¹⁾ by 40% and adjusted net earnings per share⁽²⁾ by 50%.
