HUB Cyber Security (Israel) Limited (TASE:HUB.TA), a Tel-Aviv based developer of Confidential Computing cybersecurity solutions and services (“HUB” or the “Company”), and Mount Rainier Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: RNER), a U.S. publicly traded special purpose acquisition company (“RNER”), today announced that they have entered into a definitive business combination agreement. Upon closing of the proposed transaction, the combined company (the “Combined Company”) will operate under the name “Hub Security” and is expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the new ticker symbol “HUBC.”
