Former Attorney General of Louisiana Charles C. Foti, Jr., Esq. and the law firm of Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC (“KSF”) are investigating the proposed sale of Knowmadics, Inc. to WaveDancer, Inc. (“the Company”) (NasdaqCM: WAVD). Under the terms of the proposed transaction, WaveDancer is acquiring Knowmadics for consideration valued at $90 million comprised of approximately $56.5 million in cash and $33.5 million of stock. KSF is seeking to determine whether the merger and the process that led to it are adequate and fair to the Company’s shareholders.
