Doug Kass of Seabreeze partners was on CNBC Fast Money to discuss his outlook for the market. He thinks that stocks have hit their high for the year as fundamentals are still weak, provided 50% of the economic indicators reported were below expectations. Though he is a fundamental investor he also highlighted some technical indicators which are making him believe that U.S. stock markets may decline from this point.
