I hadn’t listened to Gundlach speak until the last few months, but I’m quickly learning to enjoy his appearances.
Some notes from the interview:
- He sees no investment value in the 10-year Treasury.
- Thinks the 10-year yield bottomed out in July of this year.
- He thinks we are now in a mirror image with the mid-1980s when everyone hated bonds despite the fact interest rates were 20%.
- He currently has his lowest interest rate exposure ever.
