Blackrock's current adviser and ex-CEO was on CNBC to discuss his outlook for the U.S. stock market and his recommendations for investors. He recommends investors stay with stocks despite multiple uncertainties across the globe.

-- He said" "Stocks 12 months from now will have outperformed cash and Treasuries once again."
-- He is concerned about the Fed policy and threat of inflation but that should be far down the line.
-- Likes United Healthcare (UH).
-- Economy is muddling through and that will continue till the deleveraging process is complete.
-- Thinks hedge funds who are locking in gains are wrong. Up to some extent that is okay, but they should not pull all money out right now. In any case those pulling out are in the minority.
