BEDFORD, NS / ACCESSWIRE / February 27, 2023 / (TSXV:SSE, Financial) - Silver Spruce Resources Inc. (the "Company") announced today a private placement of up to 66,666,667 units at a price of $0.015 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and a warrant to purchase an additional common share at an exercise price of $0.05 per share for a period of two years from the closing of the private placement.
