Steve Forbes, chairman of Forbes Media, was on CNBC to discuss his views on the fiscal cliff. He said it will not be good to reform the tax code at this point in time.

-- The U.S. economy is not stable yet and revising the tax code at this point will not be good for the economy.

-- This is not a good time to raise taxes on small businesses (main job creator) and capital creation is sheer foolishness.
