We reported net income of $80.5 million, or $0.88 per diluted share for the three months ended December 31, 2012 compared with net income of $68.5 million, or $0.75 per diluted share in the prior-year quarter. Regulated operations contributed 90 percent of our net income during this period with our nonregulated operations contributing the remaining ten percent. Excluding the impact of unrealized margins, diluted earnings per share increased $0.13 compared with the prior-year quarter.
