Happy to have the Bio-Rad team; Ilan, the CFO; Norman, the CEO with us today. A lot to go through and maybe we can start just on the recent results, the guidance. The guidance was particularly healthy. But maybe we start on 4Q, you guys had some headwinds with things like supply chain that I know held you back, kind of the backlog is obviously quite healthy going to '23. Maybe start with just the moving pieces on 4Q, and we can work our way into the '23 guide that you guys provided, just a week or 2 ago there?
