Good morning. I'm excited to host our next fireside chat with BorgWarner. As many of you know, we recently initiated on board with an overweight rating and ranked it as our top pick. We're particularly bullish on the Delphi acquisition as we see it driving a really strong margin story. In the near term and longer term, we really believe Delphi's EV technology puts Borg in a significantly stronger competitive position.
