I do apologize for not being able to do this live this year, but we all understand with the COVID-19 pandemic that we need to be safe for all our shareholders and for all our executives. So I appreciate you joining us this morning. I'm David Farr. I'm Emerson's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for another 5 days. To my left is Sara Bosco, Senior Vice President and Secretary and General Counsel of the company, who will serve as the secretary of this meeting.
