Good afternoon, everyone. Thanks for joining us today. Appreciate you all taking some time out of your schedules. I know it's a crazy day for everybody, but we've got a great conversation on the docket for you all. My name's John Pawlowski, I'm a senior analyst at Green Street Advisors. For those of you unfamiliar with Green Street, we're a commercial real estate research shop. And we cover roughly 85 publicly traded U.S. REITs, but we but also do an extensive amount of private market research to try to give investors that are buying physical real estate the best tools to deploy capital.
So with me up here on the stage, I have the privilege of moderating a conversation with Equity Residential. Equity, as many of you know, are one of the biggest, one of the highest-quality portfolios of apartments and have one of the best balance sheets in the space.
