Good morning, everyone. Thank you for joining us today. Appreciate you all taking the time out of your schedules. I know it's a crazy day for everyone, but we've got great conversation ahead for the next 30 minutes.
My name is Chandni Luthra. I'm a senior REIT analyst here at Goldman Sachs. So with me up here on the stage, I have the privilege of moderating a conversation with Equity Residential. Equity, as many of you in the room already know, is one of the biggest, highest quality portfolios of apartments and one of the most robust balance sheets in the space.
