I am Andrew Etkind, Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Garmin Limited. I will act as Chairman of this meeting appointed by the Board of Directors, I would like to welcome you to our 2022 Annual General Meeting. Unfortunately, due to the uncertain and changing conditions in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic, it has again not been possible this year to hold our annual meeting in the usual format.
