I think I don't have to really introduce John. Everyone probably knows him. And Hess has done a phenomenal job over the last several years in reshaping the company portfolio and the strategy. Return has been improving. And the growth prospect, I think, is probably one of the best in the industry over the next 10 years with their Guyana and potentially there may even be a Suriname position that depends on the exploration result there.
