We've got an extraordinary portfolio of grocery-anchored shopping centers that we believe are well positioned to showcase growth in the coming years. Obviously, the big announcement just recently was the merger announcement with RPT. We're very excited about that opportunity. When you look at the overlapping assets of over 70% in our target markets, the RPT assets are over 90% grocery-anchored. So again
