FactSet Research Systems (FDS)

In the past week, three insiders have made sells in FactSet Research Systems. These sells come as the price of the company is five percent above the 52-week low.

- Director Scott Billeadeau sold 2,950 shares at $91.28. Billeadeau brought in $269,276 with this transaction.

- Executive Vice President and COO Peter Walsh sold 30,000 of his shares at $91.92 each. Walsh brought in $2,738,700 with this sell.

- Senior Vice President Kieran Kennedy sold 4,062 shares at an average price of $91.26. Kennedy made $370,698 with this sell.

2. Vocera Communications (VCRA)

Six insiders have made sells as the company nears a 52-week low.

These insiders were made up entirely of corporate management. They sold a total of 10,550 shares at an average price of $22.96. These insiders brought in $241,256 on these sells.



These buys came as the price has dropped beneath its previous 52-week low. According to the GuruFocus analysis of Vocera, the company has no debt and the P/B ratio is close to a one-year low of 4.3.

Vocera Communications provides communications solutions for hospitals. The company not only provides handheld communications devices but also applications (apps) for use on the iPhone and Android smart phones. The company’s product is currently used in over 800 hospitals in America.

RS Investment Management currently holds 281,826 shares of Vocera.

With its shares up 2%, Vocera Communications trades at $20.87.

3. Thermon Group Holdings (THR)

Two insiders reported significant sells as the price of Thermon Group drops beneath its previous 52-week low price of $19.96.

President and CEO Rodney Bingham and Executive Vice President of Global Sales both sold 30,000 shares. The shares traded at an average price of $20.88. The men brought in a combined $1,252,800 with these two transactions.



These sells come as the price was nearing the 52-week low price of $19.96.

The GuruFocus analysis of the company reports that Thermon Group’s inventory is building up. Also, the interest coverage for the company is 2.3 which is very low.

Thermon Group Holdings is a thermal solutions provider that offers products such as heating cables, tubing bundles and control systems. The company also offers services such as design optimization, engineering, installation and maintenance services.
