Good morning, and thank you for joining us for the Target Corporation 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. I'm Brian Cornell, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Target. Joining me on the line are Don Liu, our Chief Legal and Risk Officer and Corporate Secretary; as well as Katie Boylan, our Chief Communications Officer. Our Board of Directors is also in attendance, including Monaco Lozano, who has been selected by the Board to serve as our lead independent director. We welcome Monica in this capacity, and thank Doug Baker, who just ended a term as Lead Director. Also, with us this morning are other members of our leadership team and a representative from Ernst & Young, Target's independent registered public accounting firm.
